Check out Flock

With Firefox completely unusable after I installed the latest update, I finally went ahead and installed Flock. I’ve peeked over Jenn’s shoulder numerous times to ooooh and aaaaah at the nifty features, but up until now just didn’t see the need.
I do now though.
If you don’t have it, get it. If you think you don’t need it, you do. Think Firefox before it got all crappy and with a bundle of other features that will surely wow.
And now I have a blogging tool that is at least a few steps closer to being as fantabulous as Windows Live Writer was when I had a PC. Gravy…

Will do, I’ve been thinking about switching. But to be fair, I still have never had any trouble with IE.
Yeah…I felt the same way, actually when I used IE. Then I made the switch and it was less about IE being bad and more about Firefox (at the time) being heaps and heaps better. More intuitive, easier to use, and nifty features. Flock just raises that bar once again.
Here’s what’s going on - being an “if it works, don’t fuck with it,” sort of dude, I’m not going to commit to anything. But I’ve always recognized and embraced the idea of progress, too, so in the spirit, I’m going to install Flock and have a browser-off.
I was checking out the Flock site, and there wasn’t really anything there in the way of media that made me looking to jump on the bandwagon, but I am curious about the concepts of integration therein and interested in seeing just how they’ve done it… so here goes. Let the Christmas Browser Games 2007 begin.
