L.A., lunch 2.0 »

Yesterday Adam, Jenn and I made our way over to the Yellowbot offices in Burbank for some yummy lunch and good conversation. We met some new folks and I also reconnected with a couple of people I hadn’t seen in a while. It was great fun and well worth it - check out Yellowbot’s site for some answers to local questions and hopefully we’ll see you at the next Lunch 2.0 Hollywood event!
Oh, and as an added bonus I won a kickass new laptop bag. Mmmmmm…pink. Thanks, Higher Ground!

I absolutely love this idea - as a person who is more likely to be productive sitting in a local coffee/sandwich shop (we’re lucky that many in Pasadena have free wifi) than at home, this is totally made for folks just like me.

Bob Lefsetz, of The Lefsetz Letter, doesn’t mince words and there weren’t many quotes that I felt I could re-post here (which is code for I was laughing my head off and couldn’t remember the exact words by the time I looked at my screen again).
