Twitter: Some Feedback
April 10th, 2007 RachelOkay, I’m starting to get drawn back into the cloud of randomness. But there’s something that really frustrates me about Twitter…and it’s grammatical.
If I go to my Twitter Profile it says this:
RachelS…has confirmed that Adam is a twitter whore.
But then if you look at my blog widget on the side, it says this:
What Am I doing…has confirmed that Adam is a twitter whore.
Well that’s just silly now - there’s really no way I can make both of these sentence starters work with the second half. Yes, I know it doesn’t have to be grammatically correct…but why not at least offer the option of having a widget that corresponds with the way things are written on your profile. That way people like me won’t shake their fist at the screen when they notice that their blog widget reads like a drunken slur.
