iPod - it’s what’s for exercise
August 12th, 2006 RachelIt’s amazing how much better a run or hour on the elliptical trainer goes when I’m connected to those little earbuds. The rhythm is there for me, no need to worry about the distractions of the television slowing down my pace, heartrate and (obviously) caloric burn.
